Theme: Winter accountability, strength and mixed intervals
Duration: 6 weeks
Term starts in the week of 8 May 2017 through to week starting 12 June 2017
Newcomers welcome! This term will include a mix of interval types to offset runners’ own steady state running. This also gives your coach the opportunity to watch form and technique. We will also be working on complimentary strength at the end of each session.
Places limited to 20 runners per location/coach.
